Project Manager

What you’ll do:

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects

• Communicate with clients on a daily basis 

• Gather specifications and requirements and have understanding of a MVP

• Determine and define the project scope and objectives

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

• Document new functionalities and improvements

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

 We expect you to have:

• At least 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager

• Experience leading multiple different projects

• In-depth knowledge of project management and development procedures

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• The capability of writing time estimates, writing user stories, understanding of the product and MVP

• Strong familiarity with project management software tools ( Jira), methodologies, and best practices

And extra points if you have:

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other tracking tools

• Leadership skills

• Team Interview - 40 min
