React Native Developer

FatCat is expanding! This time, we are looking for a Mobile Developer who knows their way with React Native.

As the React Native developer, you will build performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications from the ground up and coordinating with the teams responsible for the other layers of the product infrastructure.

What you’ll do: 

• Be part of a dynamic team working on client projects

• Coordinate with the development teams and designers 

• Develop new features and improvements on the existing functionalities

• Collaborate with QA to ensure accurate and comprehensive testing coverage

• Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle

• Code review for the other members

• Understand clients’ needs and put them into code

We expect you to have:

• At least 3 years of general industry experience 

• Minimum 2 years of experience with React Native

• Familiarity with Xcode and Android Studio IDE

• Typescript knowledge

• Familiar with current trends and best practices in front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability

• Able to easily find your way around different libraries, frameworks, and technologies

• Excellent verbal and written English

• Solid work ethic - you are motivated to learn and work independently

• Dependability - you meet deadlines and can communicate roadblocks

• Passion - you enjoy what you do and relish working with new technology

• Add positive energy in every meeting, and make your coworkers feel included in every interaction.

And extra points if you have:

• Experience with Node.js

• Experience in front-end teams in the finance or security space 

• Experience with Web 3.0

• Experience with native iOS and Android development

• Role-related prescreening: 20 min

• Technical task: ∼6-8h

• HR/Tech interview: 70-90 min

• Interview with our Management: 30 min
