We're looking to strengthen our business offering and offer marketing services (in addition to engineering and product development) to all our existing and future international clients. Over time you can grow into a Head of Marketing, responsible for all marketing activities within the company.
Initially, you'll be exclusively working for Vitamed, an over-the-counter medicine provider based in the United States. Vitamed app offers a broad scope of medicines and medical devices to its users, helping them find the best matches at the best prices. Additionally, Vitamed has launched its private line of vitamins, which you should be promoting. With Vitamed, users can save up to 30% on medicine costs. Vitamed wants to focus on the user acquisition, and your ultimate metric will be Revenue-per-Customer.

Ensure that the company communicates the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones
Develop and lead the execution of the marketing plan. The plan should include Website, App Stores, Social Media, and YouTube marketing strategies
Update key stakeholders on the progress of the marketing activities and report on the results of campaigns
Create and manage full-scale professional Facebook and Instagram pages. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content
Coordinate the creation of video tutorials for end-users and affiliates
Lead the development of tailored marketing campaigns
Manage and coordinate creative partners and contractors
Identify and reach out to potential affiliates and influencers to bring business
Research and formulate ways to optimize the user experience
Maintain working knowledge of best marketing practices
Proven experience developing and delivering marketing plans and campaigns
Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels
Strong knowledge and experience in managing social media channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget managing skills and proficiency
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
Relevant domain experience: eCommerce, Medical, Pharmacy
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics
Experience with marketing automation
Experience in managing a team
