Our FatCat Coders team is seeking a Sales Representative with extensive knowledge of the IT market. We expect the person to have lots of connections that can help us promote our Product Development and Team Extension Services. If that’s you, then you’ll have the opportunity to set the Sales process and strategy from scratch, with a chance to have your own team in the future.

You should have a creative, business-oriented sales background, with the skill to find potential clients and experience in selling services. Experience with closing deals and understanding how to develop a professional but honest relationship with clients is a big plus. Being an amazing communicator who is eager and motivated, with genuine compassion and desire for helping others are also the traits we are looking for.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire sales cycle between prospecting and closing the deal, including handling meetings, presentations and producing offers and quotes to prospective clients

  • Carrying out general administration, making sure that the CRM data is accurate and up to date

  • Identifying client requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions while also assessing and pursuing opportunities to expand services offered to the client

You could be a great fit if you are:

  • Proven B2B Sales/Business Development/Account Manager with at least 1+ years of experience in the IT industry

  • Open, informal, genuine, and versatile Sales/Business Developer who can exert influence at the C-Suite and similar decision-makers

  • Able to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful sale

  • A decisive closer with well-developed networking, and communication skills ( verbal/written, both Serbian and English)

  • Self-motivated and independent, but also open to coaching and constructive feedback. We love people who can see a need or gap and then share solutions and ideas.

  • Able to multitask, take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

  • Comfortable working in a startup environment

  • Role Screening Questionnaire - 20 min

  • Intro Meeting - 20 min

  • Task - ∼4-5h 

  • HR/Tech Interview - 1.5h

  • Team Interview - 1h
